Payment
Bioapplications ApS accepts online payments with the most common cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Dankort.
Payment will only be deducted from your account once the physical item has been shipped or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currency for pricing:

Bioapplications ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with an SSL certificate, which means that your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
Bioapplications ApS' own website also uses encryption with an SSL certificate.
Shipping and returns
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is a maximum of 14 business days. We strive to ship your order within 3 business days.
Return rights
You have a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the BioB website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period begins from the day you received your item.
Return costs are covered by the customer.
If you wish to return the item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned no later than 14 days after we have received your return request.
If you wish to return your purchase, please write to: info@biobglobal.com . The message must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. Remember to provide your order number.
Condition of the item upon return
You are responsible for the item being returned to us in the same condition as you received it. Testing of the item may only be done to the extent necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item. This means that you must treat the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the product has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you regret the purchase, you will only get a small part or none of the purchase price back. It is up to Bioapplications ApS to assess the condition of the product.
Access to complaints
If you wish to complain about a product, the complaint must be submitted to Bioapplications ApS within a reasonable time after receipt. A maximum of 1 month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The complaint is void if the product is used incorrectly or abnormally.
Bioapplications ApS covers the return costs in connection with complaints to a reasonable extent.
