Delivery

The delivery time for your order is usually 2-3 business days. We strive to ship your order within 24 hours.

Return rights

You have a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the BioB website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day period begins from the day you have received your goods. Return costs are covered by the customer. If you wish to return the goods, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after we have received your request for return. If you wish to return your purchase, please write to: info@biobglobal.com The message must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. Remember to provide your order number.

Condition of the item upon return

You are responsible for the item being returned to us in the same condition as you received it. Testing of the item may only be done to the extent necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item. This means that you must treat the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store. If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you regret the purchase, you will only get a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Bioapplications ApS to assess the condition of the product.
